CV

RÉSUMÉ, 2018

Inspired by an Instagram post I made one day, in which I wrote: “I’d be hard pressed to tell you what Ro and I do from day to day. Mostly I just keep her alive and am nice to her and we get outside and see people, with some naps and walking and stuff in between all of that. Rocket science it ain’t, but it’s also the hardest work I’ve ever done, and with the longest hours. No bathroom breaks.” It got me wondering why, in a traditional work résumé, my experience as a full-time parent would not be as applicable as my experience answering phone calls at a reception desk during high school. I decided to create a CV that more accurately reflected my skill set and work experience to date.
